Where can I donwload this software? The download link leads to Microsoft SharePoint instead of Folio Views 4.50.45. Is this website just a deceptive scam?

I have Folio View 4.11 and can not be installed on a 64-bit machine. Where can I get a 4.2 version? I'm so disappointed.
